Book Appointment

To book a session, please follow the steps below.

Steps to booking a session

Step 1: Select the service you want below to get additional instructions to complete the booking process. (For service descriptions click here.)

Hypnosis or Mindful Guided Imagery Session

Under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your intention, area of focus for your session.

Example intentions/ focus: Performance anxiety, fear of flying, negative self view/ self talk etc.

Sessions are 1 hour.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Meditation/ Mindfulness Practice Session

Under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your history/ experience with Meditation/ Mindfulness.

Please also note your intention for the session and for your practice.

Sessions are 45min – 1 hour.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Mindset Session

Under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your intention, area of focus for your session or the limiting belief that is getting in the way of your growth/ success.

Sessions are 1 hour.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Private Yoga Nidra Session

All Yoga Nidra and Guided Imagery Clients, under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your intention or area of focus for your session.

Example intentions/ focus: pain management, sleep, self-love, overcoming fear of public speaking etc.

Sessions are 1 hour.

All sessions are via Zoom.

1:1 Coaching Session

All first time coaching clients must complete our new client form and commit to a minimum of four sessions. A complimentary discovery call is required before you can book your first coaching session.

Sessions are 75 to 90 minutes.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Step 2: Select the date and time on our calendar.

Step 3: Enter your full name, phone number and current email. Under appointment notes, please note your goal, intention or what you want to work on in your session.

Step 4: To secure your appointment, you will be prompted to put down a credit card. Cards are charged at the time of the session.

All sessions are via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, our session can be via phone.

Session packages are available for all session types.

Please note any cancellation that occur less than 6 hours before a session are subject to a cancellation fee.
