Steps to booking a session

To book a session, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Select the service you want below to get additional instructions to complete the booking process. (For service descriptions click here.)

Step 2: Select the date and time on our calendar.

Step 3: Enter your full name, phone number and current email. Under appointment notes, please note your goal, intention or what you want to focus on or work on in your session.

Step 4: To secure your appointment, you will be prompted to put down a credit card. Cards are charged at the time of the session.

All coaching clients must complete a new client intake form prior to our first appointment.

All sessions are via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, our session can be via phone.

Session packages are available for all session types.

Please note any cancellation that occur less than 6 hours before a session are subject to a cancellation fee.
