A private Yoga, Yoga Nidra or Mindful Guided Imagery session allows you to personalize each practice to you, your intentions, and individual needs.
Private sessions are virtual are 60 minutes – 90 minutes.

Mindful guided imagery
Guided meditation uses your personal goal or intention to create positive imagery that assists you to gain clarity or perspective on your goal, intention or area of focus. It can also assist you to remove any subconscious blocks or fears that you may have.
This ancient meditation practice uses breath and body awareness techniques to quiet your mind and bring your body into stillness.
The practice can be used to aid anxiety and depression, pain, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, insomnia, etc.
A private Nidra session is hand crafted for you, your needs and your intention.

This was my first experience doing yoga Nidra. Stephanie did an amazing job guiding us through this meditation. Her voice was calm and soothing and she knew just the right words to say to bring me to a very calm space of just being.
