Steps to booking a session

Step 1: Select the session.

Step 2: Select the date and time that works for you.

Step 3: Enter your full name, phone number and current email.

Step 4: Under appointment notes, please note what you want to work on in your session.

Private Empowerment Coaching

All new empowerment coaching clients, must book a 30 minute, complimentary discovery call, before they can book a full coaching session.

Under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your intention or area of focus for your session.

Booking a series of sessions is cost effective and allows us to build on each session for long term shift.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Private Yoga Nidra or Guided Imagery

All Yoga Nidra and Guided Imagery Clients, under “Appointment notes,” please make a brief note about your intention or area of focus for your session.

Example intentions/ focus: pain management, sleep, self-love, overcoming fear of public speaking etc.

All sessions are via Zoom.

Step 5: To secure your appointment you will be prompted to put down a credit card. Cards are charged at the time of the session.

Cancellations less than 6 hours before a session are subject to a cancellation fee.

All sessions are via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, our session can be via phone.

Session packages are available for all session types.
