Private sessions allow you to go deeper by shaping the session based on you, your goals, and your needs.

Hypnotherapy

Do you have a vision for your life, that you feel is out of your reach? Do you have trouble with public speaking? Are you afraid to take the first step?

Hypnosis is a great tool to help go to the source or root cause of an issue and replace negative thoughts or habits with new thoughts and habits.

A hypnosis session will start with your personal goal. Imagery is used to help reinforce a goal, uncover/ remove unconscious blocks or shift a thought pattern or habit.

Mindful Guided Imagery

Do you have a goal or intention, but don’t know where to start? Are you resistant to taking the first step or the next step?

Mindful guided imagery is a type of meditation that imagery to ground yourself, gain inner peace, access inner wisdom, enhance a personal goal/ intention, or provide perspective.

Yoga Nidra

Are you tired, stressed, or in need of pain management? Try Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation that brings the mind and body into stillness which allows the body to get deep rest and start the process of self-restoration. Benefits include aid anxiety, depression, pain management, mindset, high blood pressure, etc.

In a private Nidra session, the Nidra is focused on your intention. Intentions can include clarity, emotional integration, chakra balance, nurturing your inner child, etc.

Coaching Services

Coaching sessions allow you to begin the process of changing or maintaining a new habit or thought. These sessions are a bit longer and go deeper.

Mindset Session

Do you have a story that runs in the back of your mind that tells you you you are not good enough? Or maybe a story that tells you that you can not do or achieve what you want to achieve?

We are all capable of achieving the dream we hold in our hearts, but what can keep us from achieving what we want is our thoughts or mindset.

If this resonates with you in any way, it may be time to look more closely into your mindset.

In this session, we will address your current thought patterns and shift them so that your mind can support you versus inhibit you.

The session is 1 hour. | via Zoom

Start a meditation or mindfulness practice.

Do you have a hard time quieting your mind? Do you want to nurture your creativity, but have a hard time allowing ideas to flow?

Meditation/ Mindfulness is a useful tool, learn techniques to quiet the mind and notice our thoughts.

When we bring awareness to our thoughts, we create steps to change them to better serve us and work for us.

Meditation / Mindfulness can create new neural pathways in the brain, shift our reaction to life challenges, expand our creativity and increase our intuition.

Coaching

One to One coaching sessions are more in-depth than our other services.

These sessions are over an hour in length and require a weekly or bi-monthly commitment.

The series of sessions are focused on you and the topic of your choice.

Due to the in-depth nature of our coaching services, space for one-to-one coaching is limited.

The session is 60 – 75 minutes. | via Zoom
