Steps to booking a session

To book a session, please follow the steps below.


Step 1: All new clients must complete a new client intake form prior to our first appointment.

Step 2: Select the service you want. (For service descriptions click here.)

Step 3: Select the appointment date and time.

Step 4: Please enter your full name, phone number, and current email. This information is for internal use only and it helps us get a hold of you.

Under appointment notes, please note what you want your session to focus on. (Example: Stress management, performance anxiety, etc.)

Step 5: To secure your appointment you will need to provide your credit card information. Cards are charged at the time of the session.


Additional Notes: All sessions are via Zoom. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, our session can be conducted via phone.

Session packages are available for all session types.

Please note cancellations that occur less than 6 hours before a session are subject to a cancellation fee.
