At HeartSpace we believe a healthy community, stems from individuals who have a sense of belonging and well being.
In our fast paced society it can be challenging for us to unwind and relax when we get home from school or work.
The time we designate to exercise or meditate may get pushed aside when we are tired, stressed, faced with personal and family obligations or experience unexpected challenges at work, school or in the community. Stress of the day can result in restless, sleepless nights.
When we are constantly on the move, stressed, or sleep deprived, overtime our bodies become sluggish. If we don’t slow down, we will eventually get sick and may even have long term health issues.
Our level of wellness can affect the way we show up day to day, which is why we incorporate mindfulness and wellness tools in all our circles and events.
